The FridgeLink App is used to monitor and alert you about the state of your fridges, cold rooms, and cold storage. It acts as a hub for you to access the information you want in order to keep your peace of mind, even when you are not on site.
Through the use of modern telemetry systems, the monitoring units are able to seamlessly and wirelessly connect to the internet and Wi-Fi in your store and provide you with up-to-date information through this app.
The app itself is able to display accurate information about both the temperature the units are measuring as well as the current door status. We have also included the ability to set user defined temperature thresholds so that you can be notified as soon as there is an issue, giving you more time to take action and avoid setbacks.
If you are the owner or manager of multiple stores, you are able to search by location to check on individual stores as well as view a summary of the status of all the stores under your watch.
How it Works:
If you’ve gotten this far: Welcome to the FaustLink Family! We look forward to working with you!
Our monitoring units will have been installed in your fridges and the relevant guidance will have been given on how to get them connected wirelessly to your internet.
The data (temperature, door status, etc) is then pushed from your units, into our servers, the app (as well as our website) gives you the ability to check on and ensure that everything is keeping cool so that you can stay relaxed.
When receiving alerts these can be done through the app or through emails (or both) and are able to be sent to multiple users allowing the relevant people to be alerted automatically and without delay.
The units themselves have great scalability allowing you to connect all your fridges and adapt as you see fit depending on time of year and demand.
